We allow you to customize thousands of different uniform and apparel items.  If you do not see an item on our site that you wish to customize, feel free to contact us with the name and model # and we will try to accommodate your requests.  You can customize t-shirts, polos, jackets, sweats, caps, team uniforms, gifts & so much more. Unfortunately, we only decorate uniforms, apparel and gift items purchased through our website.

There are many ways to customize apparel at Team Sports Direct. You can upload a team logo or personal image, create your own text elements or select one of our designs to customize uniforms and apparel for your team, group or event.

We make it easy to add personalized names and numbers to team uniforms and apparel.

There are some elements that you cannot use when customizing your apparel, which are outlined in our Copyright & Licensed Apparel Policy.

Whether you want 1 item or thousands, you’ve come to the right place! At Team Sports Direct, we are proud to offer no minimum order requirements on most products across our site. If you are looking to fulfill a larger order volume, we recommend that you call 702-879-8326, Mon. – Fri. 10:00am – 6:00pm PST to work directly with one of our knowledgeable sales representatives to ensure you get the best possible pricing and provide you with a direct line of contact regarding your order.

Not all possible decoration locations may be present in the Online Customizer. If you want to decorate an item in a location that is not currently available online, please call us at 702-879-8326 Mon. – Fri. 10:00am – 6:00pm PST. Many times, we will be able to accommodate unique requests and offer suggestions of additional placements to enhance your order.

The Online Customizer allows you to see a preview of your custom apparel in real time as you design. Please note that this preview is not an exact representation, and is meant only to give you a general idea of the end result. We have standard locations for decoration (e.g., left/right chest areas, back, under back collar) that may vary slightly from what you see in your Online Customizer preview. Our production team will always work to make sure your design looks its best on the custom apparel products you order. Slight deviations between the Online Customizer preview and your final product should not be considered errors.

You will receive an order confirmation after placing your order that will contain your order #. If you create an account when you ordered, you can review your order status by signing into “My Account.”

Most custom products are delivered within two weeks.

In-stock, blank products can typically be delivered within a few business days.

Order processing begins the next business day after an order is submitted. If the order requires artwork or embroidery approval, processing time begins the next business day after the design or logo is approved in writing (via email). Any delays in final design approval will delay your order.

Shipping to AK, HI and International will add additional days to delivery time. Please see additional information regarding International Shipping.

Yes, you will receive an email confirmation from Team Sports Direct once your order is placed. Some of these emails will not require a response, such as order confirmations or a notice of shipment. Other emails, however, may require a response from you before we can proceed with your order. Please check your email to see if you need to approve a proof, respond to a backorder, confirm design requests made in the comments section of the Online Designer, or approve any other aspects of your order. Delays in your response to these or other important emails may result in delayed delivery dates.
We are able to ship to addresses outside of the United States, including military addresses (APO, etc.), through United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail. However, because of the added cost of shipping internationally, we must charge an additional fee for shipping international orders (not applicable for military addresses). All shipping fees will be included in your cart before submitting your order. We do not ship to International PO boxes.

Shipping fees do not reflect any customs or duty fees, which are the buyer’s responsibility.

For international orders without a postal code, please enter “na” under postal code in the Shopping Cart.

International shipping will add additional days to delivery time. We are unable to guarantee delivery dates on International orders. Free shipping promotions are NOT applicable on international orders.

We accept payment via American Express, Discover, MasterCard, VISA and PayPal.
Team Sports Direct cares about your satisfaction, and offers a limited guarantee for custom products. If your custom product has flaws or defects in workmanship, we will immediately repair your item(s). Before returning any items, you must notify our Customer Service department and get a return authorization within 15 days of receiving your order.

Please note that the Customer Service team may request photos of the items or ask for them to be returned to confirm production or sizing issues.

Blank items on orders under $150 may be returned up to 15 days after receipt of the item with no restocking fee.

Orders over $150 or returned within 30 days of receipt are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

After 30 days, we can no longer accept any returns or offer refunds as many of our suppliers will not take products back after this period of time.

If you are exchanging blank items for different sizes, colors, etc., standard shipping rates will apply.
Any free shipping discounts at time of purchase do not apply.

Please review your order carefully before making a purchase. Incorrectly spelled names, wrong sizes or incorrect text are the most common pre-order mistakes. By submitting your order, you are saying that all of the information contained in the order is correct and meets your approval.

If you notice an error in your confirmation email, you must contact us immediately to make any necessary corrections. If errors are not caught prior to production, we cannot offer a refund or an option to exchange as each custom product is made-to-order.

Team Sports Direct reserves the right to alter the size and/or layout of lettering, logo, or design so that it will fit imprint size restrictions and look attractive on the item ordered.

Please note that the Online Designer preview is meant only to serve as a general representation of the final product and may not be exact.

We hope you never have to cancel an order with us, but we understand that it sometimes happens. To cancel your order, contact us via email with your order # and reason for cancelling. This must be completed before the order is received and staged for personalization. Upon cancellation, there will be a 15% restocking fee for the garments (unless the cancellation is due to backorder).

In the unlikely event that a product is backordered and cannot be delivered on time, we will contact you immediately via email. You will be given the option to wait until the item is in stock, switch to a new product or cancel your order. Due to dye lot variances, some shading differences may sometimes occur beyond our control.
